Single selection

Crossreference is a basehotel

basehotel has crossreferences against it

Un-match basehotel from other crossreferences.
Nominate new basehotel from list (take first) and update all hotelconsolidatedId for all crossreferences to the new consolidated hotel.

basehotel is unique

Unable to un-match as this is the only instance. (validation message)

Crossreference is not a basehotel

Create new consolidated hotel.
Update hotelconsolidatedId for crossreference with new consolidated hotel.
Set matching algorithm to 'manual-unmatched'.

Process all non-basehotels

Create new consolidated hotel for every selected crossreference which is not a basehotel.
Update hotelconsolidatedId for each crossreference with new consolidated hotel.
Set matching algorithm for each crossreference to 'manual-unmatched'.

Note

When a new consolidated hotel will be created, it will first check if it has been consolidated before (ReplaceWithHotel column is greater 0) and re-use original consolidated record.
ReplacedWithHotel will be cleared.
Latest hotel details will be taken from HotelDescription table (nice to have - will be handled by hotelmatcher once updated)
